"Sounds good to me, how're you feeling about some brownies?" Mac asked while looking at Mickey.

Raven turned back to walk into the kitchen to whip up some food.

"He should be around here somewhere, I remember seeing him earlier." Mac glanced around briefly. "I'd say check his room first." Mac said.

"She woke up and we talked a bit." Mac's head lowered a bit as he started thinking about what she had said. Three years.

I stopped and turned to Mickey, "Howdy Mickey."

Mickey approached. "Do you have time to talk?" she asked quietly.

"Three years? Holy.." Garret cursed.

"Of course."

"I don't even know what to do, I just do whatever seems appropriate, but why tell me? Raven and Garret are better at this stuff than me."

"Because they're all happiness and smiles and like to act like everything's okay when it isn't, you were the only one who looked at me and was willing to do what was needed for the good of everyone," She replied. She had had a long, long time to thing alone in her mind. "You would've killed me had it come to it, they would've let themselves die before they even considered it."

"Mac she...didn't you listen when she explained it before?" Garret was getting worried. "It...it consumed half of her soul to take its place."

I narrowed my eyes as I looked at her, "Yeah, I'm a monster, so why tell me?" I was getting worried about what she was going on about and where it was going.
