Oshun followed Garrus, thanking the human with a simple nod of her head when she passed him.

Theta approached the man. "How deep?" She asked.

"Do you mine a lot?" Oshun asked curiously as she listened to him explain.

Theta nodded, heading toward the mine entrance. "Off we go then!"

"Maybe we can find better weapons down here," Theta said. She was quite tired, and a little put out, still struggling with what had happened, but she hid it well with the need to keep going, to improve their situation if at all.

That was true. Oshun followed him in silently.

Theta looked back at Marcus. "I will, but thank you."

"Did people never think to put torches in here?" Oshun mumbled.

Theta looked around at the echoes of a gunshot. "Did you...did you hear that?"

Acid spit came flying at Marcus from the darkness, with a distinct spitting sound signalling its approach.

Garrus and his blind firing hit a Crustoise and made it fall to the ground. He fired at it a few more times, until the distinct *Drr-ow* of the gun having to recharge came through. "Disappointed. Oh." Garrus said as the Crustoise stood up on its back legs and began rushing at them.

(What's the monster that spits acid again???)
Theta whirled to the side with a gasp, the acid barely missing her. "Well, this'll be fun," She said, drawing her sword.

"Great," Oshun took out hers, and started firing at the crustoise.
