Heroes and Villains, the very concept creates images of drama, conflict, feats of great heroism, devilish images of carnage. However, for the longest time a Hero and a Villain were rare. Until, it happened, a massive douce of genetically infused radiation struck the earth and humanity everywhere started to gain powers left and right. Not only that, but more and more people were gaining powers from one source or another. Some used their powers to fight crime, others used their powers to create massive chaos, the two sides Heroes and Villains came together and issued a massive brawl.

The Heroes and Villains of old saw these untrained masses and decided that it was time for things to change. For the first time ever, they agreed on one thing. The new heroes and villains of this world needed guidance so there was less anarchy.

So they united to create a city, the City of Skydread. Skydread's the home of three academies.

The Academy of Justice Avengers- A school that is also known as Hero Academy, this school is for the students that need help controlling their powers and want to use it responsibly. The reason for the name is that the Principle and Vice Principle are founding members of the Avengers and Justice League respectably. Principle Superman and Vice Principle Captain America. Their hope is that this academy will bring upon the next saviors of the world.

The Doom Corp University: Also known as Villain Academy, this is the school for the aspiring supervillains of the world. They are taught such "wonderful" things like crime, destruction, death, chaos, and anarchy, as well as using your power to lord over others. They are lead by two of the most influential supervillains the world has ever known Dr.Doom and Lex Luthor.. Because of their egos they consider themselves Co-Principles.

(The Hero and Villain Academy have students sign wavers that prevent the schools from being sued in case of death. Also classes are taught with one mentor in the class room with one student)

The Academy of Skydread- This is a school for either normal humans, super intelligent, or weapons based super heroes and villains. This academy is a normal school, that has side classes that teach the same things at Doom Corp U or The Academy of Justice Avengers, except in a controlled class enviorment compared to the other academies who have multiple multiple multiple MULTIPLE rooms for one on one activities. They do not participate in the brawls, as they have their own version called expeditions, one on one battles between a hero and a villain to test skills and nothing more with a strict no killing policy.

One of these most major things that both Heroes and Villains acknowledge is that both well, normally heroes and villains hate each other so they decided to work out tension with an idea.

Invent a Ranking System where the top three members of The Academy of Justice Avengers and Doom Corp University school engage in brawls by quarter:

Fall Quarter- This is a three on three elimination battle where a team of three heroes battles a team of three villains where the winning school gets a massive cash bonus in funding The students are eliminated by a referee determining who or what wins

Winter Quarter- This is a round of three one on one battles inside of what is basically a wrestling ring. The matches are one by either pinfall (Laying on an opponent with their shoulders on the mat for a count of three) Submission (The opponent taps out, patting the ground or his/her opponent to signal they give up) or Knock Out (The Referee counts to 10, if the person can not awnser the count of ten they lose) The winning students get $250,000 each.

Spring Quarter- This is a one on one match between the number 1 ranked students of the Academy for the coveted Graduation Battle. This match is very simple, its a brawl where the only way someone can win is by Knock Out, or the Referee stops the match.

The Graduation Battle- The Most honorable battle in the history of Skydread. This battle is the Winner of the Spring Quarter Brawl against his/her mentor. If the Student wins, they get $10,000,000, if the Mentor wins they get to hand pick their student for the next year. As of right now, no villain has ever won the Graduation Battle honor.

2. As Always, A hero and villain can be from any form of media.

3. A hero and Villain can also be from previous threads if one desires.

4. I love over the top violence, but I do have some banned powers for simply being to OP. Controlling of Time and Space is banned. No one is invincible (Temporary invincibility is okay though as a power).

5. Fighting outside of the Quarters is EXTREMELY banned, and the Skydread police will WRECK your characters no matter how over the top you make them.
