It's been three years since that day, the day of the strange rain. One by one people all around gained super powers, all unique to them and them alone .It was some of the most amazing thing that anyone ever saw. The Justice League and the Society of Super-Villains all rounded up these new heroes and villains in order to train them to become something far more to fight against Braniac when he came.  Though some of the Exobyters as they are called, they're hidden among the populous and a whole new brand of fear unlike any we have ever seen other than the Mutant population has been felt among the populous. 

Though that was three years ago, now though is the time for action for Hero and Villain...Brainiac is here...and the whole multiverse is about to change. 

Rules: 

1. Banned Super Powers: Time, Reality, Mind Control, and Space

2. Every character must have a mentor from the Marvel or DC Universe no Anime or Video Game character is allowed 

3. Everyone has a limit of up to three Super Powers (Combat Training is NOT a super power.) 

4. There must be one side you're on: Hero or Villain

5. People can have the same Mentor. 

6. Your powers can come from other sources then the Exobytes but Exobyte is preferred (If it is another source explain it in the Bio)
