Name: Stephana Approximate Age: 40 Appears to be: 20 Race: Half-breed Appearance: Short, frizzy hair which only grows more out of control the more she uses her abilities. Her amber eyes are almost constantly twitching, looking for something new. She's short, but almost vibrates with barely contained energy. It feels like she downed one pot of coffee too many.
Bio: Stephana's Mother, Cordelia, was a powerful lightning Velkar. Her power was responsible for a artillery of thunder which decimated the city of London in the early hours of the war. She shared a temperament with her element – short-sighted, energetic, bombastic and rather destructive, flitting from passion to passion, never staying in one place for long. This made her a poor mother. As soon as she realized that she needed to actually raise a child, she promptly dumped the kid on the father, Harry, and left. She entered, and exited, his life like a burst of lightning – powerful, passionate and brief. Harry was, needless to say, confused. Cordelia said nothing about his kid inheriting magic powers. He tried to lean with it, but without proper instruction, Stephana was left in the dark when it came to her abilities. The first thing she learned was an intimate understanding of where electricity was around her. She could see it if she closed her eyes, feel it. Yellow webs, humming and crackling, begging her to reach out and touch. Needless to say, Harry was not happy when she shoved her finger into an electrical socket, blacking out the entire house. Like her mother, Stephana had a habit of energetic bursts, brief passionate explosions before becoming bored and seeking something else. Her dad was always worried about the Hunters coming for her, but she promised to keep her abilities on the down-low. She wasn't going to go around flinging lightning at people, especially when interfering with wiring is much more effective and harder to spot. Finishing high school (at Harry's insistence) was the hardest thing she has ever done. Her personality makes her ill-suited to any kind of long term employment. She's homeless for now, flitting from city to city, hard to pin down. Occasionally she'll walk into a store, burn out the cameras and steal some stuff to keep going. But not too much. She sees the world through bus windows, crashing on couches, cheap motels, and occasionally sleeping on the street. Most what she owns, she keeps in a backpack. But she's free. Extra: Lately, if she focuses real hard (if and when she focuses,) she can see the sparks faintly blinking in the human brain. She'll never be able to manipulate them, not with the control she has. But she can spent hours daydreaming, caught up in watching the people around her think.
She's also addicted to sugar and caffeine. If you want to make her do something, offer her sweets.
