In order to deal with her weeks of absence, I believe we need to divide up her characters amongst ourselves so that we can progress our RPs and not be held up by her absence. That puts less demand on ILD to return if has any intention to, and less stress on us to work around her absence.

A few ground rules will need to be established, obviously.

1. We need to be respectful to the way the character was previously written. If you're not entirely sure, consult others or read back.

2. Don't get offended if others point out a statement of yours contradicts a previous action the character has taken. No one hates you for your mistake, but if you think you're in the right please explain to them why instead of ignoring them or getting angry.

3. Don't kill off the characters if ILD never had any intention to. Seriously, I don't think I need to explain this one. If she's gone for like a half a year with no explanation or she quits entirely, free reign, but while information is pending let's not ice her characters.

4. Use them sparingly if you can. Let's not have a ton of character development for her characters just in case that's not what she wanted for them.
