Aylmer followed her in, but didn't go inside very far. He hmphed to himself, listening to the echoes. "Still the same," he mumbled.

"Let's get this trial over with so we can read some maps." Troy agreed.

(Wait who’s Ember?)
Ana walked to where they were directed, glancing around. She spotted who she guessed was Histora but didn’t say anything yet.

(Ember is the wife of Alexander Nocturne. She was a Dragon Princess who ran away from an aranged marriage, ran into a group of people called Dragon Hunters (Arenith stories are not subtle XD) who attacked her. She took refuge in Alexander's farm and he decided to take care of her unaware that she was a dragon which were heavily hated. It's why they have human forms...it was out of necessity at first.

A slow romance blossumed and this started the adventure that ended up with Alexander becoming a god and kickstarting the Nocturne Bloodline.

She is highly revered in Radiant, because she actually drove off a rage filled Xiluhr (Who I remind you LOATHES Dragons) from destroying Radiant when it was just called the Dragon Lands. Even though she was never a god she is treated like one.)

Aylmer lingered behind Megan, listening to the priest quietly. Good things stuff around here don't change much. "So nothing's changed." That was a start.

"Aylmer," He replied in turn, with an apologetic smile.

Histora looked up and said "Hello young one. You desire the Maps of the Olden days, correct? "

Megan said "Well it's an honor to meet one of Aion's chosen" offering her hand to shake. "Aylmer is a good name by the way"

"Sorry," Ana said, ducking her head. "Yes, we are."

Megan sighed clearly annoyed "Yeah, I wish I could say the same"

Histora said "Well, in the past when people have asked for these their intentions were less than pure. Are you willing to be tested by awnsering some questions with the Zone of Truth spell activated?"

"So, do most of the Dragon Gods live in Radiance? I ask because I haven't really seen any divine entities" asked Megan to Aylmer. "I only ask because of all the statues in this temple"

Megan paused and looked at curiously "Histora?"

"God of maps," Aylmer explained.
