"In all honesty, it's all I can offer." Darst shrugged with accompanying hand motions. "I'm not attempting to belittle you or something equally ridiculous, you are the pure-born god after all, I'm simply offering you anything I can think of in exchange for your mercy on these people."

"What leads you to that conclusion?" Darst asked. "Forgive me for having to ask, I come from a bit of a backwater land."

“Never once has a dragon stood on my side of things, always they oppose me, I have no care for them, and they have no care for me,” Xiluhr replied.

“Are we trapped?” Gilly whimpered.

"Two Nocturne's, and an escaped pet of mine drew me here," Xiluhr stated.

The brightest light shined even brighter as it took the form of a man, with five others forming behind him. Ivan bowed immidietly, as did Orochi. This was a rarity. This is one of the few gods who hardly every interacts with the outside world, the forbearer....

Cedric Nocturne, the savior/founder of Radiance. The one who defeated Bathos Triscale. 



Kyranos Nocturne, the Lord of Sabbia. The Black Sheep of the Nocturne Bloodline. Upon seeing him, Ivan inched in front of Gilly on instinct and Orochi pulled Megan behind her. 

Jason Nocturne, the founder of Nocturne Manor. A place shrouded in mystery known only as a place closely tied to the bloodline. 



Tina Nocturne, the The Tragedy around her is the stuff of nightmares and legends. 

Finally, the Gatorous form of Balkan Nocturne, the hero so legendary he had a city named after him. 

Alexander awnsered Gilly after motioning to rise. He stated "Please don't bow it makes me uncomfortable. As for if you're trapped, only for a little bit. I need to speak with a certain friend of yours" looking at Megan. 

Jason calmly said "Welcome, to my Manor." 

Meanwhile near Radiance, an aura of darkness could be felt. Thick with Mana as the sound of chains snapped several times over. A being in the dark said "Finally..." as this shadow was felt near Ana and Troy. 



 

"Then why focus on attacking these people rather than going after her?" Darst asked, picking up now that it was a woman Xiluhr sought.

Ah shit, I think she found me, I'm definitely going to die now. Troy thought to himself, speeding up his horse as he felt the darkness around him. He summoned his shield to him once more. 

"Let's speed this up and wake her." Kyranos stated, starting to walk towards the guarded Megan with a hand that glowed red.

"Master, patience would go a long way in avoiding unneeded troubles with your waking method." Balkan called.

"Perhaps." Is all Kyranos replied with.

"Whatever," Tina grumbled, looking away.

"She's a shadow witch, harder to track than you'd think, and she warped away," Xiluhr stated.

The Darkness spoke "Don't play dumb, you're the one who created the bubble to keep Dragons in"

Ivan calmed down a bit and asked "Where are we?"

Jason said "Nocturne Manor, the reason why you can't open the door is that door is designed so only those with Nocturne blood can open and close it. This place is supposed to be a private sanctuary for the souls of the Bloodline" He looked at Kyranos "All of them..."

Alexander sighed "Our sins in life do not carry over in death, Jason" spoke the forbearer and said "We even tweaked it over the years that those we love could join us here. My Ember is here as well, she's just maintaining her distance"

Orochi looked at Balkan and asked "Well, since we're waiting on Megan, I guess we can chat a little." She then asked Balkan "How do you feel about having a city named after you?"

(Yeah he definitely didn’t trap all the dragons in)
“Do we have to stand in this hallway or can we put Megan in a bed to rest and actually heal her?” Gilly cut in.

"Yeah, I'm bored," Xiluhr said, crossing her arms.

Gilly picked up the gem, catching Cedric's gaze. She pocketed it, keeping quiet.

Tina was quiet but followed Megan and her dad.

Cedric whispered "That was the prize? Do these fools know how dangerous that thing is?"

"A mutal friend, someone who's been observing the world for a little bit. Brief glimpses at a time but...you intrige me" stated the voice "Someone who wants what I want...the fall of the gods"

Megan's father, Harold, gently put Megan in a bed and smiled "It's nice seeing her all grown up" He looked behind him and said "Huh, Grandma."

Orochi smiled "Humble, I like that"
