I can fill in some of the details to help
It's more a square shaped island, obviously not perfect that would be weird.
Elodus is the largest, Azorah is the second biggest, Hollow is the smallest.
Elodus owns the South and East sections of the continent, Hollow has the west, and Azorah has the north.
Elodus has the most diverse biomes (A desert, A forest, A jungle (very small one), and a great plains), Azorah is the least diverse biome (It's a tundra), and Hollow is the second most diverse (A desert, a forest, and a great plains)
It is just one massive super continent in a larger world.
Hollow's ecosystem is very unique, their grass is pitch black, their water is a sickly green, and their trees all look dead yet actually are alive. Part of their section of the ocean is green for a few miles before it turns and no one knows why.
Because of how massive the continent is, there is actually stuff that hasn't been explored fully. For Elodus, it's the far east, for Hollow it's the North West, and for Azorah it's the Far North.
Each location has a unique natural wonder (Some have more but these are the main ones) .
Angel Point for Hollow, is the largest mountain in the Three Kingdoms, you could actually see all of Hollow and beyond from it's top
The Spring of Eternal Youth for Azorah, it is a naturally occuring spring that is in Far North. It has a strange magical property of preventing aging and the ability to control how old you look up until your actual age.
The Standing Falls in Elodus: It is a bizarre lake that in the center has a waterfall that has no origin. No one has any idea why this is, but it's a very romantic spot and a popular one for Elodusian couples to propose.
There are more but they are in the atlas.
