"The rest of us are." Apotheosis looked at Reyes and Twiska.

Twiska looked at Reyes and said "We will be...Reyes. He's going to pay, just don't do anything stupid okay?"

Reyes grew silent his burning hatred of Hybren showing quite clearly.

Apotheosis turned to leave. "Indeed, it is time to rest! Last minute training will only lead to possible soreness or lack of energy come tomorrow, so we shall relax today!" Apotheosis was back to his usual happy self as he left, the twins cheering while sitting on a shoulder each.

Helen smiled, following them quietly.

Mordred watched Gabby and Mark leave. "Is she going to be okay you think?"

Gabby mumbled something incoherent in her sleep.

Mark turned into their room, smiling quietly to himself.

"I think so," Charlotte nodded. "I'm not sure if I can hold it out for 3000. That's a huge number."

"How cute you are when you sleep,"

Charlotte looked up at him and nodded. "Hope it goes well. A lot can go wrong."

"Ummm," she thought for a moment. "We could tell stories."

Gabby smiled and yawned. "Sorry I fell asleep.

"And you shouldn't focus on them. You're not doing this alone you know."

Charlotte nodded. "You know, I've been wanting to tell you something for a bit now," She sat on the edge of their bed.

"It's okay. Sleep, I'll be here," Mark kissed her forehead.

Gabby shook her head, sitting up. "I sleep enough."

Mordred looked at her. "Yes..?"

"Outside?" Helen suggested.

"A fine idea. Do you wish to invite anyone else to our story time?"

"Twenty some odd years as a new blood," Charlotte slowly looked up at him.

"How about a story then?"
