I apologized,I kind of half assed it, that will be rectified with my prototype intro
Long ago in a Kingdom far away there was a great a nobel king named King Christopher Grandure. When he came to power he had quite the adventurous spirit. He went only many expeditions but stopped after one lead to a great disaster. He journeyed into the Land of Dragons. There he found these great orbs and decided to keep them as a reminder of how great the journey and sights were. However, these orbs turned out to be eggs, and the Dragons came for them. Christopher apologized and gave the eggs back but the damage was done. The Dragons were offended and enraged, that they casted a terrible curse along the land. Every year a child would be born bound to the soul of a dead dragon. These Dragon Soul children will either bring Salvation or Damnation, leaving the country's fate in the hands of their gods. The King laughed it off, but then one year later. A child burned down his home where he was born with a breath of fire. At first the King decided to embrace the curse as a gift, however the incident caused mass fear to spread among the populous. Eventually, and reluctantly, Christopher sealed the child away, and repeated the process every year when a Dragon Soul was born. Eventually, things quited down, centuries passed (Still Fantasy related unless someone can convince me it's modern day) and the story became a legend. However, the curse did not fade away. The Dragon Souls are out there now, aware of what they are and deciding what to do with the powers they were given.

They can talk to the Dragon inside of them through their mind
In an emergancy, they can turn into the dragon sealed inside of them.
With the Dragon's Permission they can borrow the famous breath attack
Each person would have to make two character sheets.
One for the Dragon Soul and the other for the Dragon itself.
