"I don't even know what that is, toss me the jacket." Brett responded, holding a hand out for it.

"You know what, that's fair" Sapphire said "Sorry, honestly I didn't even want to talk about her but she just kind of comes up in my head" She took a deep breath and asked Kim "So what are you going to do with Paradise?"

"Keep it, and run it." Kim said firmly. "As much as I want to shoot that bitch for what she did, this has to stop. I end her, one of her friends will end me, then Tyler will end them," she looked at Tyler "I'm using you for an example Tyler, I'm not fully speaking for you." then she went back to listen "Then someone will end him and on and on. I'm done with this revenge crap. Honestly, the only thing I have left to do is talk to Kenny to leave me and Paradise alone."

Sapphire sighed "I want to talk to him too, see if there's something we can work out now that I'm leaving the game. Problem is, he's so hard to reach and he's been burned by deals before"

Tyler huffed a laugh. "You two really think Kenny would deign to talk to you?" he asked. "He hates both of you, why would he ever?"

"The plot, it's riveting, and the characters are well made. Honestly a little hard to describe," Skyla said, thinking about it. "We'll watch it sometime."

"We will?" Air rushed through Brett's nose as he smiled. "Guess I've been signed up for it against my will."

Sapphire looked at Kim "Truth be told, I think you're safer than I am. Aside from a few minor things that I doubt Kenny cares about, you've stayed out of this craziness. I think Kenny will respect that. It's me who has to deal with him."

Kim sighed "Yeah, sorry. However, like Tyler, I'll wish you luck. Kenny's not unreasonable."

She looked at Tyler and asked "So you're going to be running this place and the prison?"

Kelly kept riding on clearing her mind as she drove. That girl begging for another hit, all the bullshit that she did for the AOD. She disgraced herself and her family name. What kind of Holt isn't the one in charge? What kind of Holt falls so far?

"Thought we already confirmed that," Tyler said, looking irritated. "I will find someone to run the prison beneath me, but I have yet to do that."

"Mines overfull, so, agreed," Skyla said, just carrying the blanket and shoes in one arm as she had the other suitcase rolling. She looked past Brett and around the house quietly for a moment.

Brett looked back to Skyla as she stopped, noting the feelings she showed while she looked around. He didn't speak however, just letting her fully internalize what it was she was doing.

As if reading his mind, or the writer thought it would be a good thing for Kim to do,   Kim said "By the way, uh, sorry. I know now that people grieve in different ways. I should have been more sympathetic to you when we last spoke." She sighed "I was just worried about you is all." 

Skyla nodded, pulling her sunglasses down from atop her head and putting on her ball cap. She headed out the door and headed for the car, not struggling with the suitcase, but it was rather awkward to roll when it was overstuffed.

"it's alright," Tyler said after a moment, looking back to the table as he picked at a crumb stuck in the wood grain. It wasn't, but he wasn't going to go into that at the moment.

Brett made sure the place was locked back up before going to join Skyla, putting the suitcase in the back seat. Since Skyla was ahead of him, he had taken a moment while heading to the car to nod to one of the drivers of the other vehicles, confirming it was safe to clean the place out once they left.

Kim sighed, as Sapphire noticed the two's tone. Sapphire said "You know, Kim, before you just hop back into work like nothing happened, you still have plenty of money don't you?"

Kim looked at her and said "Oh yeah, thanks for that"

"My pleasure" Sapphire casually said as Andy, now listening in from a nearby table, "Jason really got me out of a jam. I kind of owed him one."

Kim paused at that "Really?"

"It's personal." Sapphire said calmly "And part of my life I want to put away. Anyways, that's not the point. I was thinking maybe you and Tyler should take a break from Facina for a little while. You two, just go on a vacation. Lord knows you two deserve it."

Kim leaned back and looked at Tyler saying to Sapphire "It's not a bad idea..."

"Obviously, I mean after you get your affairs in order" Sapphire stressed to Tyler "But maybe that's something you two need. Just a week away from Facina, or anything that has to do with it"

"Ehhh, maybe another day?" Skyla said, looking over at him. "Packing it up was enough emotions, unpacking it will just invite in more, and I don't think we should actually be getting sad drunk tonight," she said, smirking as she referred back to their conversation in the hospital. "My sides hurting a little bit anyways," she said, rubbing her now mostly healed over gunshot wound.

Tyler didn't see how there was much fun or relaxation to be done anywhere anymore, but he shrugged. "If you want to, you wouldn't have to pay though," he said to Kim.
