"I'll follow the roadside, look for any back ally or garage that someone might've took the bike into. You should check the road itself, figure out if the bike drove off again or if it was pushed. If you can see the tracks on the road, he must've pushed it. If he drove it would've thrown snow behind the tracks, onto the packed snow underneath. From there we can follow the tracks he made, likely off-road. The blizzard caused a lot of crashes and road blockages, so traffic around here should've been low enough that the bike tracks persist." Bart explained, stepping away once he finished his explanation.
Ken took the receipt anyway. "I'll find a nice trash can to throw this in far from here, don't worry." He stated, fishing out a slide phone colored a light purple and cracked in several spots along the screen. "I can still call and text, don't worry."
